You are cordially invited to attend an online forum theatre on the issues experienced by University Language Teachers and Lecturers. Forum theatre is a type of theatre where spectators are "spect-actors" (spectators and actors), as they engage with and influence the performance by stopping and changing it. On this occasion, we want to identify some of the main issues affecting University Language Teachers and Lecturers and explore solutions to the issues featured in the performance.
This event is jointly organised by our research strand Diasporic Identities and the Politics of Language Teaching and Cardboard Citizens (www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk).
If you are interested in attending, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a place. You will receive a link to join the performance nearer the event date.
This performance is being held alongside our 2021 conference Languages Future.
We look forward to seeing you at this event.
