You don’t have to download the Zoom application to participate in the Symposium, but if you have downloaded it, you may find it easier. Click on the links we send you in order to participate.

- Use the name you registered with
- Do not share Zoom links with anyone else
Please note that:
- For security reasons, most participants will be muted with cameras off for most of the event
- As an attendee, you may be able to mute/unmute your audio, virtually raise your hand, and send messages to others at various times, but you may not have the same controls you’re used to if you use Zoom regularly
If you have network connectivity issues, we recommend stopping your video feed.
