This event closes the first stage of the training programme From research to practice in Modern Languages that started in January 2017.
The day will give participant teachers an opportunity to share their thoughts about researching Modern Languages in a supportive environment and will also provide training on public speaking.
The event is divided in two parts:
There will be a workshop in the morning to give modern language teachers a chance to receive training in public speaking and prepare a brief presentation about their research. The workshop will be led by award winning public speaker and modern languages academic from the Open University, Dr Klaus Dieter Rossade.
The afternoon will be a seminar where participants will share their presentations with others and get feedback.
